How to add points:
Click on the "View larger map" icon in the top right corner of the map.
Click the "EDIT" button in the top left of the screen.
Make sure the "Safety issues" layer is selected, then click the "Add marker" icon underneath the search bar.
Click in the appropriate spot on the map and provide a name and description.
